Who this is

Leeberry Designs is Donte Lee, a one-person shop. There is no team, no marketing department, and nobody else reading your message.

What we collect

Only what you type into the inquiry form, which is:

  • Your name and email address, which are required so Donte can reply.
  • Your phone number, city or area, and any project details you choose to give.
  • For a custom build: the category, approximate size, budget range, and timeline you pick.

Three things are recorded automatically when you submit:

  • A one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address, used to stop the same source flooding the form. The IP address itself is never stored and the hash cannot be turned back into it.
  • Your browser’s user-agent string, truncated.
  • The result of the Cloudflare Turnstile check, which is how the form tells a person from a script.

There are no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies set by this site.

Where it goes

Two places, and no further.

  • A private database hosted by Supabase, which is not readable from the public internet.
  • One notification email to leeberrydesigns@gmail.com, sent through Resend, so Donte knows an inquiry arrived.

Your inquiry is never published on this site, never sold, never shared with anyone for marketing, and never used to send you anything you did not ask for. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.

The form also loads Cloudflare Turnstile to check submissions are coming from a person. That check happens in your browser and Cloudflare handles it under its own privacy policy.

How long it is kept

  • Inquiries that reached Donte: 12 months. Someone who asked about a table ten months ago and comes back is a real situation, and the earlier conversation is genuinely useful.
  • Everything else: 30 days. That covers submissions that were never delivered, including ones stopped by the spam checks or by a rate limit.

Deletion runs automatically on a schedule. It is not something anyone has to remember to do.

One honest qualification about backups. The database is backed up nightly and those backup copies are kept for up to 30 days. So for up to 30 days after a record is deleted from the live database, a copy of it can still exist inside a backup archive. If a backup is ever restored, the same deletion rules above are applied immediately afterwards, so restoring cannot bring back records that should already be gone. Promising unqualified deletion while holding a 30-day archive would be a claim we do not actually honour.

Asking us to delete something

Email leeberrydesigns@gmail.com and say what you sent and roughly when. Donte will delete it. You do not need to explain why, and there is no form for it.

If something changes

This page is updated in the same change as whatever it describes, and the date at the top moves with it. If you want to check what the form asks for before sending anything, it is all on the inquiry page.
